Smart Keysafe for Airbnb
The SecESafe (SEKS)1 is a large IP66 rated metal Key Safe. It can be operated via Bluetooth using the TTLock iOS/Android app without the need for the Internet. Our integrated software platform enables you to grant access to individuals, multiple users and user groups–temporarily or on an ongoing basis–through our user-friendly interface and Bluetooth technology.
The key safe is designed to fit credit-card-sized smart cards and multiple keyrings with keys & fobs to enable guests to access the property for the agreed period of time in an easy and efficient manner.
The key safe can be used in a variety of environments including wall-mounted as well as large and small doorknob mounts. Multiple mounting options available, including a wall mount, an automotive bracket, & two different shackle types (Standard, & Doorknob mount). Added features include:

Share Access Remotely
Manage your Airbnb more conveniently with little hassle. You can generate random one-time or time-restricted codes for your guests with the TTLock App.
Codes will automatically expire after the designated time period. This process enables you to uphold security without having to constantly change the locks or fearing break-ins. The keysafe also includes tamper resistant security & auto lockout after incorrect attempts.

Individual Codes
Airbnb owners can manage individual codes per visit. Specific codes can be sent via SMS or E-Mail. These codes can be temporary (1 day) or permanent. Bluetooth access (one-time, temporary, or permanent) can also be shared by SMS or E-Mail.
The code will work for the set period of time. Once the time has lapsed so too will the code expire. This assists in ensuring your property remain secure whilst remaining professional & convenient for you.
Real-Time Management
Property managers can administer and remove guests that no longer require access immediately without being on-site via the TTLock app and Gateway (sold separately).
Once-Off or Timed Codes
SecEsafe key safe enables you to create one-off codes to access the keysafe as well as codes that are valid for a specific duration set by the manager. Permanent codes are also available when required.
Real-Time Audit Trail
A full audit trail is also accessible from the app or desktop. Airbnb managers can access a real-time audit trail of the access to the keysafe via the TTLock app and the desktop program (when using the gateway). Remain up-to-date & have permanent records of access to your property.
