How do I change the passcode?
- The passcode can only be changed if it has been used at least once on the lock. There are two ways to change it:- On the lock: Consult rows 1 & 4 in the "Keypad Management Functions" image below.
- In the app: The lock's administrator can change the passcode through the app.

What if the lock is in privacy mode?
- When the lock is in privacy mode, only the administrator's passcode or the app can unlock the door. You can disable this function if you don't need it. -
Why did adding a lock fail?
- Someone else may have already added the lock. You can either reset it or ask the current administrator to remove it from the app before adding it again. -
How do I unlock the door remotely?
- You need a gateway to connect the lock to a network and enable the "Remote Unlock" option in the app. Once activated, you can unlock the door remotely. -
How do I transfer a lock to someone else?
- You can transfer locks through the "Transfer Locks" option in the app's settings menu. -
How do I change my account?
- You can update your account information in the app under the "Account Information" page. -
What happens if the battery runs out?
- You can temporarily power the lock using a USB port. -
How do I reset the lock?
- Press and hold the reset button on the lock to reset it. You may be asked to enter a code—use `000#`. -
Where is the reset button located?
- The location of the reset button varies:
- Some locks have it hidden inside a small hole.
- Others require you to remove the housing to access it. -
Why am I not receiving unlocking notifications?
- You won’t receive a notification when the administrator unlocks the door manually.
- Notifications are only sent when unlocking via the app or when the lock is connected to a gateway.
