Introducing the newest product in our smart lock range - the wireless key remote. This smart remote works with our newest range of smart locks (version 5.3.3.2 and above). It acts as a normal remote for smart locks. This enables you to unlock the door using the remote, instead of having to enter a pin code, fingerprint or open the app.
This new product is perfect for businesses or homes with gates and secure reception areas as it enables staff to unlock the door without having to physically leave their desk.
HOW TO ADD THE KEY REMOTE/FOB TO SMART LOCK IN TTLOCK APP
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING
Before purchasing the wireless key fob/remote, be sure to check that your smart lock is compatible with this new product.
1) You can do this by going into the smart lock on the TTLock App.
2) On the home page of the lock, check to see if the 'Wireless Key Fob' icon is available.
3) If so, this means that your lock is compatible with the smart remote. Unfortunately, older versions are not compatible with this new technology.
This new product gives you another way to unlock and manage your smart lock devices. Whether in a commercial or private setting, this product enables you to combine our smart lock technology with electronic unlocking solutions.
